Professional Lab Service
All of our products are manufactured in Australia at our professional dental lab in Kiama, NSW. We are the only direct to customer dental lab that provides full details of where our lab is located and are happy to accept bookings for face to face visits from local customers if required. Other labs only provide a PO Box address so it's very unclear where your products are being made.
Professional Support
We are the only direct to customer lab that provides live chat on our website directly with the dental technician making your products and we also provide a direct phone number too. Other labs only provide a contact page with no definitive time frame of when they will get back to you.

We are able to do this because we provide you with a home impression kit that allows you to take your own dental impression. We then use your impression to manufacture your custom made appliance and return it to your door.

Take your impression(s)
by watching our step by step video then post it back using the prepaid satchel provided.
Once your impression is received a qualified dental technician will make your chosen product. Please allow 2 to 3 business days in lab before your product will be shipped out.
