Unlike some other night guard companies our guards are designed to cover all the teeth on your chosen side (upper or lower guard) unless you request otherwise. Some other companies only cover up to the first molar and this can put your teeth at risk of super-eruption due to the tooth being unopposed to the occluding teeth. This can lead to an uneven bite or misaligned teeth.

Upper or Lower?
90% of customers choose the upper night guard option and this what we would normally recommend as there is less chance of the tongue dislodging the guard during sleep and the larger upper teeth usually provide better retention for the guard to stay in place. If however you have had some dental work on the upper teeth or would prefer the feel of a lower guard then we provide that as an option too.
