For customers located in the state of Victoria please be aware that your orders may be delayed due to the coronavirus situation around Melbourne. Australia Post are advising parcels may take an additional 3 days to reach you on top of their usual delivery time frame as they implement changes to their network in accordance with the Australian Government's advice.
Current delays are due to:
reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights
a significant increase in parcels volumes
hygiene and social distancing requirements in our network
Unfortunately Express Post, whilst still being prioritised, is also being affected however it appears Australia Post is operating their processing service seven days a week to meet the demand.
The staff of Spartan Guards wishes to apologise to those of our customers who experience any delays with their orders. Our processing times have not changed on our end so any orders we receive are processed within one working day in order to expedite service. Once we have received your dental impressions here in the lab our turnaround times are very quick, it may just require some patience with the postal service. All parcels are sent to our customer via tracked delivery and we will continue to monitor all orders.
